How Disruptive Startups are Like Black Holes!

As the startup ecosystem is expanding exponentially and making impact, it's increasingly becoming difficult to  build and scale up disruptive startups! Since the startup ecosystem, almost all over the world, primarily in India, is maturing at very slow pace;  it's very crucial to define Disruptive Startups before building them.

It has been very challenging even to define the Disruptive Startups, which can cause disruptions in the industry to become the globally dominant organization at a very fast pace, generally at exceptionally exponential speed!

In my view, there are at least two basic characteristics of the Disruptive Startups as follow:

1) Infinite (well, almost) Pull: The startups have to attract large number of users. And in turn, these users will bring many users to the startup. The pull needs to be stronger as the network expands exponentially!

2) The Fast Exponential Growth of the Startup by Engaging More and More Users Continuously: The Disruptive Startups become extremely sticky for the users. The stickiness needs to increase to keep the existing users more and more engaged. Such engagement is the result of providing far more valuable outcome to the users compared to any other options available to them.

Since both these aspects are defining characteristics of the Black Holes, I strongly believe that the Disruptive Startups can be compared to the Black Holes!
